DecoWood Timber-look Aluminium Orange NSW

DecoWood® combines the warmth and character of natural timber with the durability and low maintenance of aluminium.

Available for selected aluminium windows and doors from Taberners, DecoWood allows you to achieve a detailed woodgrain appearance without the warping, rotting, termite exposure and regular refinishing associated with natural timber.

The result is an architectural finish suited to contemporary homes, traditional renovations and commercial projects across regional NSW.

DecoWood uses a two-stage finishing process to create its realistic timber appearance.

First, the aluminium is coated with a textured Super Durable™ powder coating. A high-resolution timber-grain image is then transferred into the coating using sublimation technology.

Because the grain becomes part of the finished surface, DecoWood is not a timber veneer, printed sticker or vinyl wrap. The process produces variation and detail that closely recreates the appearance of natural wood.

DecoWood is available in more than 30 woodgrain finishes, ranging from pale contemporary tones to deeper Australian timber-inspired colours.

Available options include smooth, textured and selected gloss finishes. This allows the aluminium to complement flooring, cabinetry, external cladding and other materials throughout the building.

Because screens and digital displays cannot reproduce colours and grain patterns perfectly, a physical sample should always be viewed before making a final selection.
