Controllaview Blinds + Glass combines double glazing with adjustable Venetian blinds inside the sealed glass unit.
The blind remains protected between the two panes, removing the need for exposed cords, curtains or conventional blinds over the window. This creates a clean, contemporary appearance with straightforward control over light and privacy.
Controllaview can be incorporated into selected aluminium windows, doors and commercial framing available through Taberners.

The Venetian blind is positioned within the cavity of a sealed double-glazed unit.
Selected manually operated systems use sliding magnetic controls on the glass surface to adjust the blind. Depending on the selected model, users can tilt the blades or raise and lower the complete blind.
Electric options are also available for projects requiring automated operation, remote control or easier management of multiple units.

What is Controllaview Blinds + Glass?
Controllaview combines adjustable Venetian blinds with a sealed double-glazed unit. The blinds sit between the glass panes rather than being fitted over the window.
How are Controllaview blinds operated?
Selected manual systems use magnetic controls that slide across the glass surface. Electric operation is also available for suitable projects.
Do the blinds need to be cleaned?
The blind is sealed between the glass panes and protected from dust, so its individual slats do not require routine cleaning. The exposed glass surfaces should still be cleaned normally.
Are Controllaview blinds double glazed?
Yes. The blinds are incorporated within a sealed double-glazed unit. Glass type and unit composition can be tailored to the application.
Can Controllaview improve energy efficiency?
Double glazing can reduce heat transfer compared with standard single glazing. Performance depends on the complete glass composition, cavity, framing and installation.
Can Controllaview be used in doors?
Yes. Compatible integral blind units can be incorporated into selected glazed doors and door vision panels.
